up to now i have bought 3 bikes from whittles last one bought has had a few problems with gears the big fella there could not do enough for me .would definatley get another bike off them

I am a keen cyclist and wanted help choosing up-graded parts for my bicycle. The three guys running the shop gave me some great technical and first hand advice which helped me to come to a decision. I then purchased these upgraded parts for my existing bicycle from Whittles Cycles as they offered the parts at great prices too. I thought that Whittles Cycles deserved some credit for a great service! Thanks guys!

Went to get a bike for mysel and my daughter. Bill was more than helpful and very patient. They are very experienced in the cycle trade and cover all aspects after purchasing the bikes we were able to get the right helmets and gear required. Prices were very good and I would recommend highly to all cycle enthusiats.

Now thats customer service

I recently purchased some accessories from whittles and enquired about local rides. I was given the free wigan cycle guide by the assistant manager who then asked what type of riding will I be doing, so I told him canal/traffic free as I will sometimes have children with me. He then asked for my email so he could work out some safe rides for me to use with information of points of interest,refreshments ect. A week later I got an email with 5 local fully detailed mapped rides with point of interest sketches all for FREE. Now THATS what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE
