Poor service

As a new customer, my first ordering experience was more than poor. Sales staff failed to return my calls, lacked initiative and charisma. Despite giving pleanty of notice to produce and deliver my order, the delivery day came and went and after numerous phone calls, and hours of wasted time, I had to send one of my drivers to collect only 1/3 of the order, with the balance to be ready at some point in the future. This broken contract and the poor service will be the last you see of our business.
