We found a pram we really liked one saturday and because they were unable to confirm the availability of stock we were told we would recieve a call on Monday, that never happened. I called them to get an update and I was advised that everything was ordered and would available to collect. I was told to call on friday top make sure everything had come at 2pm. When I called them, they were unable to confirm its arrival. I was told I would get a callback and of course that never happened. I had to call them again only to be told that the pram had come but the car seat and the changing bag had not. I went into the store and complained to the manager who had a serious attitude problem. He had the attitude of if you want to go elsewhere to get the rest of the stuff thats fine. He was exceptionally rude to my partner by as good as telling her to shut up when she was talking. The situation now is the baby is due in 2 weeks and we have no car seat thanks to their cock up. I have had to continue my order with Winstanleys because Mamas and Papas don't have the seat in stock either so I would be no better off taking my business elsewhere. we will never use Winstanleys again and I would reccomend you avoid this company at all costs

I had excellent customer service from the online team. Add to this that i got the best deal at Pramworld and they don't charge the earth for post and packaging and I can't recommend Pramworld highly enough.

Staff very knowledgeable about the products they stock and very helpful. When my daughter was pregnant we put away a number of items in the "Meadow" range on a nursery plan which enabled us to pay for the items monthly before the baby was born. This worked well and all the items were there on time. Alfie looks great in his new nursery.
