• Life Saver

  Just to share our opinion about ' Taylor Maid ' - My daughters prom dress wouldn't fit and we were in a panic about what to do. We gave them a call and had them check the dress out. They came up trumps for us and altered the dress and our daughter did go to the ball. We were very pleased with the work and it saved us buying another 'Prom ' dress days before the event. Thank you!

• bridemaid dress 2

  paula what can i say about you, ur a total life saver, and saved my big day, from being spoiled, by the previous dressmaker, after spoiling 3 dresses out of 4, i am so gratefull for what you ave done, fitting the dress in so quick. and correcting it, so i know now as the girls will be very happy and comfortable, in there remade dresses, all thanx to you ur a star, my day gonna be perfect, thanx alot to you, il ave a big smile on mi face, knowing everyone dresses are purfect thanx to you,

• bridemaid dress

  after having my wedding dress altered by paula, was avin a chat with paula about my daughter bridemaid dress, as my daughter was complaining about the dress not feeling right, previous it had been to a dress maker what was recommended to me by the bridal shop, so i used the lady what was recomended to me to alter my daughter dress, and she messed it up good style, so i took it to paula and she could not believe what the dress maker had done, so paula had to rectified the damage, thanx paula,

• wedding dress plus bridemaid dress

  after trying my wedding dress prior two weeks to the wedding, and found out it was to big, i rang tailor made straight away (sat) they was very very helpful and told me to bring it on the monday which i did and even tho they was very busy, paula took my dress of me and altered, which i really appericated, picked the dress up and it was perfect, so thankyou very much paula ur a life saver, thanx again, and i will recomend you to anyone who is a dire straits, as i can recomend the job will be done

• Super alteration

  I have just collected a blazer that needed a sleeve replacing a hole had been worn in it by the badge ,this is somewhat special being a captains attire. Paula did a most excellent job at a very fair price and i have absolutely no reservations in recommending the services of Tailor Maid to any one many thanks

• Bridesmaid

  After being let down badly by my supplier for my bridesmaid, the dresses arriving only a week before the wedding! Tailor maid came to my rescue Paula got the dresses done and dusted within a couple of days and they looked fabulous. I always take everything there now for alteration and would recommend anyone to use it first!

• Suit alteration

  I recently had a suit altered (trousers shortened, arm length taken in and main suit buttons moved) and it was carried to a high quality. The service was superb with Paula measuring up the changes whilst I was in the shop. Highly recommended.

• **DEFO USE AGAIN** VERY PROFESSIONAL**

  Well all I can say is "Tailor Maid" came to my rescue after I was let down by 5 local sewers who all attempted,,,,,messed things up,,,, including me for over 7 mths. After being reccommended by a friend who worked in a fabric shop who told me "Take them to Paula she can do them for you+ she'll do a good job" I didn't hold out much hope as I'd had 1 disaster after another, I'd nearly given up hope of ever seeing them finished. Paula took them on even though the other lady was on hol +she was on her own she promised me she's sort,,,,,,, nothing was too much trouble. That was a couple of weeks ago+ Im glad to say they are now proudly up and have finished my room off completely. I give Tailor Maid 5***** cos I got a 1st class proffessional service at a very reasonable cost. What a lovely Lady she did what she said + finished the job!!!

• Soft Furnishings

  I can't recommend Paula enough for her outstanding work. I've had quite a few soft furnishing items made by Paula and have been more than satisfied with the results. I have recommended her to everyone I know and will definately be using her services again.
