I must admit I had the total opposite experience to the other customer who has reviewed Better Bathrooms on here. I am based in Wigan too and ordered from their shop on Queen Street. The staff in there were really helpful, gave me a good price on the items I wanted. I ordered it through the store no problem but got a phone call from their customer service team a couple of days later to let me know one of the basins I'd ordered was out of stock for a couple of weeks. They offered me some alternatives, all of which were dearer but they offered them to me at the same price, which I was really happy about! Got the delivery 2 days after that and everything is installed now and looks great. I think they must definitely have invested in some customer service training as the people I dealt with were really friendly and helpful, especially with keeping me informed about the out of stock items

Pretty bad reviews elsewhere, I regret not having checked those out first. I ordered from them and received the order in two different deliveries, however the total delivery was incomplete. Victoria at Better Bathrooms responded to my first mail promising she would look into it, but never followed up, and they never respond to my mail anymore. Better Bathroom has a customer service on 08444847678 option 2, but it's impossible to get through. I would advice anyone thinking of ordering from Better Bathrooms or buying from them in Wigan for example to call their customer service line just to check it out, as the sales people on 08444847678 option 1 are unable to help much. I have contacted Trading Standards in Wigan and will be proceeding to ask my credit card company for a refund, as this seems to be the only option.
