• One Happy Customer

  I ordered from Better Bathrooms and received everything as planned, all is perfect and I am one happy customer! The service and level of communication I receive is what I always thought I would get from big companies (but never did). I was explained the rules, the limitations and the situation and all the context. While my situation was different Better Bathrooms used common sense and customer service to resolve the situation instead of hiding behind procedure. It takes integrity and professionalism. Regardless of my specific situation and its outcome. When I left a messages, I always got a call back (you’d be amazed at the amount of companies that cannot tie customers to complaints...). The level of service is far superior to anything I have experienced from any of Better Bathrooms competitors, and they should feel proud of the quality they deliver. I have obviously told many of my friends about your company and I will make a point to buy from them when possible.

• Great Experience with Betterbathrooms

  We seem to have had a completely different experience to some of the previous reviewers, we found Better Bathrooms a great company to deal with. We ordered with them on the 31st January. 3 days later and everything we ordered was delivered, in perfect condition. Even the delivery driver was really helpful. The installation is now well under way and no problems up to now with quality etc. I have to say, the communication and service we received has been some of the best I’ve experienced on line, we received emails and text messages after placing the initial order keeping us up to date with what was happening, we even got an email letting us know the goods were being picked in the warehouse! Really impressed and would thoroughly recommend Better Bathrooms to anyone, we will definitely be buying from them again. Not sure about all the other negative reviews here, we’re just going off our experience with the company

• Perfect Buyer Experience

  We ordered a Victorian styled toilet from Better Bathrooms, the toilet was ideal and was exactly what we were after. The toilet we ordered was rapidly despatched and when it arrived, was well packed. Through-out the order, we had good communication with the Better Bathrooms team, and it was a perfect buyer experience.

  After saving over £400 on my bathroom I was really pleased, I then had the items fitted, upon opening the boxes I noticed there was a defective item... I called betterbathrooms and they replaced the product the very next day, wondered if they used

• Wrong Item Delivered

  I ordered an Easy Plumb shower tray from Better Bathrooms for which i had paid £160.00 for along with alot of other items for a complete bathroom, i was promised delivery in 3-5 working days but it actually took 9 days, after the plumber that is fitting my bathroom checked the order he informed me that the shower tray that had been sent out definately wasnt an easy plumb tray as he would have to build a base to be able to use the separate leg pack and panels that were sent out. After i checked my original invoice that i received via email when placing my order against that invoice that was actually sent out with the delivery the shower tray i received turned out to be £40.00 cheaper, 2 completely different product codes and when cheking these codes on their website they r definately 2 different products. I phoned Better Bathrooms to enquire as to why i wasnt informed that they would be sending a cheaper product and the explanation i got was just rediculous, i was told that i was sent out a shower tray with a leg and panel pack which made the shower tray into an easy plumb so i was basically charged £40.00 pounds for a few bits of plastic, had i received the item i had paid for my plumber wouldnt have had to have stopped work and gone out to buy wood to make a base for the shower tray to be set on, which was more expense for me again. The girl i spoke to on the phone kept placing me on hold making enquiries then eventually came back with the idea that i take a photo of the tray with a detailed explanation as to what the problem was as we had been sent legs and a plastic surround, she would then go to her supervisor who would then make the decision on whether i would get a refund of the extra £40.00. In my opinion, i paid for an item to save the plumber extra work and to save me having to pay out any extra. Customer Service at Better Bathrooms is to say the least poor. My bathroom isnt fitted yet so dont know whether we will have anymore problems with any other items from them but i do know that i wouldnt recommend them to anyone, the only good thing about this company is that they r alot cheaper than anywhere else i found but then i guess that the poor customer service makes up for that

• Non existent customer service

  I would never buy from this company again, they are quick to sell to you and take your money, but when you have a problem they don't want to know. Part of our bathroom suite, the toilet and cabinet arrived looking ok, when our bathroom fitter removed it from the box it was still ok, then he removed it from the bubble wrap and it fell apart. We contacted the customer service department and even sent them pictures of the damage, this was not fit for purpose, but they point blank refused to replace the damaged cabinet saying it had been too long since the order (5 weeks) so they would not replace it unless we wanted to pay for a new cabinet. We bought another cabinet locally and are now trying to get reimbursed by the credit card company. With this company it is definitely buyer beware

  I too had the same experience as Sarah, I know they have invested in the customer service experience as they are now doing this great text message service which informed me of my order all the way. Great company and cheaper than anyone else by a mile

• Service much improved!

  I must admit I had the total opposite experience to the other customer who has reviewed Better Bathrooms on here. I am based in Wigan too and ordered from their shop on Queen Street. The staff in there were really helpful, gave me a good price on the items I wanted. I ordered it through the store no problem but got a phone call from their customer service team a couple of days later to let me know one of the basins I'd ordered was out of stock for a couple of weeks. They offered me some alternatives, all of which were dearer but they offered them to me at the same price, which I was really happy about! Got the delivery 2 days after that and everything is installed now and looks great. I think they must definitely have invested in some customer service training as the people I dealt with were really friendly and helpful, especially with keeping me informed about the out of stock items
